Returns Policy
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or style, we’ll gladly exchange your item(s) within the 30-day window.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
How to Return
- Visit www.midasboots.com and fill out the returns form.
- Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Ship your return to the provided address (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
