Returns Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or style, we’ll gladly exchange your item(s) within the 30-day window.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

How to Return

  1. Visit www.midasboots.com and fill out the returns form.
  2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  3. Ship your return to the provided address (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
